Unapologetically old-school. This is the West Coast IPA that started our beer journey - bitter, slightly malty, and loaded with hop flavour from Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial hops.

Tasting Notes:

• Piney, citrus hop character
• Generous dry-hop for bold aroma
• Firm bitterness with malt backbone

Food Pairing: Pairs perfectly with rich, fatty foods like burgers, aged cheddar, spicy wings, or barbecue ribs. The bold hop bitterness cuts through rich flavours beautifully.
