Full price items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them. Please use the returns address supplied in your package, and include your despatch note marked with the items being returned, the reason why and what you would like to do. Please note that exchange items are subject to availability.For your own protection, we recommend that you use Royal Mail tracked returns service to return items to us. Please keep the tracking number safe so you can quote it in any necessary correspondence.All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. Heaney Store reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to Heaney Store, unless your order was eligible for a free return.
