A refreshing pale ale inspired by the classic Italian Caprese salad. Dry-hopped with fresh basil and Strata hops for a unique herbal-citrus character.

Tasting Notes: Bright citrus and tropical fruit from Strata hops meet aromatic fresh basil. Herbal, slightly peppery notes with hints of grapefruit and passion fruit. Medium-bodied with a soft, hazy appearance and a crisp, refreshing finish.
